RECIPE: Mango Chia Pudding

During these difficult times, when we are juggling many tasks at home (work, kids, housework), eating healthy and enjoying delicious food should not be all time consuming. A quick yet delicious mango chia pudding which you can begin to prepare the night before will help you start your day on a bright note.


  • 1 cup cubed mango

  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/2 cup milk of choice

  • 1/2 tsp honey

  • 1/4 cup blueberries

  • 2 Tbsp granola

  • 2 Tbsp Maca Vanilla SMÜTH Superfood         Almond Butter


  1. Mix chia seeds, milk and honey in a small bowl. Once it begins to set, mix again and place in refrigerator for 2 hours, or overnight.

  2. Assemble by placing mango in a bowl or jar, top with chia pudding, blueberries, granola and Maca Vanilla SMÜTH Superfood Almond Butter.
